Biography

Luke V. Stempniak’s legal career began during his time at the University of South Carolina. While attending school there, he held an intern position at the Securities Enforcement Division of the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office and served as both Co-President and Team Captain of the University’s Mock Trial Team. This early exposure to legal practice and leadership set a solid foundation for his future career.

Luke then attended law school at the William & Mary School of Law. During his time at William & Mary, he held the position of Senior Articles Editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Review and gained valuable experience working for both the Norfolk Public Defender and the City of Baltimore. These roles allowed him to develop a robust understanding of the law and a passion for advocating for his clients.

Since joining our firm in 2021, Luke has focused on estate planning and civil litigation cases. His dedication to providing exceptional legal representation and his ability to navigate complex legal issues make him a vital member of our team. Luke’s clients appreciate his thorough approach and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.
