Biography
Joined Griswold LaSalle in 2022
Lesli Balderama was born and raised in Lodi, California. She graduated from Liberty High School in 2002 and became a mother at an early age that same year. With a passion for education, Lesli pursued some college courses with the intention of obtaining a degree in accounting. In 2008, she relocated to Visalia with her son.
Over the years, Lesli built a family, getting married and welcoming two daughters into the world. In 2017, she decided to follow her longstanding interest in the legal field. Juggling the roles of a full-time mom, wife, and employee, Lesli returned to school to pursue her dream. In 2020, her dedication paid off as she graduated from the College of the Sequoias with an associate degree in paralegal studies.
In 2022, she seized an opportunity and secured a paralegal position at Griswold LaSalle. Lesli takes immense pride in her career journey and is grateful for where life has taken her. She values Griswold LaSalle’s commitment to service, not only to its clients but also to the community, which inspires her to excel in her role.
