Biography
Ty N. Mizote is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego (’93, B.A.) and Pepperdine University School of Law (’96, J.D.). Ty has advised public entities all over the Central Valley on a wide range of matters arising under the United States and California Constitutions, state laws and regulations, and local ordinances. Ty has extensive expertise in contract drafting and review, ordinance development, and is a key component of our municipal law team.
Working for cities and private clients has allowed Ty to be involved with real estate transactions, and he has been a part of unique challenges in land use, zoning, and development agreements. In particular, Ty was a key in major development projects in the Palm Bluffs area in Fresno, as well as the development of the Costco shopping center in Hanford.
He is a member of the Kings, Kern, and Tulare County Bar Associations, as well as the State Bar of California.
