
Biography
Adam M. Balakian is an Associate at Griswold, LaSalle, Cobb, Dowd & Gin, LLP, concentrating his legal practice on estate planning, transactional law, contract negotiations, and municipal matters. He strives to ensure that each client receives tailored, strategic advice aimed at achieving their individual objectives.
In 2017, Adam graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He then earned his Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 2024, distinguishing himself academically by receiving multiple Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence, notably in Appellate Advocacy, Property, Business, and Advanced Research and Writing.
Adam joined Griswold, LaSalle, Cobb, Dowd & Gin, LLP in early 2025, bringing with him an enthusiasm for the law, a dedication to client service, and a commitment to professionalism. His practice emphasizes clear communication, thorough analysis, and integrity.
Outside of his legal practice, Adam is deeply engaged with the local community. He volunteers as a facilitator for Community Tennis at Roeding Park, a weekly event that unites community members of all ages through tennis and socialization. Additionally, Adam serves as Student Liaison for Fresno’s Leading Young Professionals (FLYP), an organization dedicated to supporting young professionals and students through networking, professional growth, and skill-development opportunities.
