Raymond L. Carlson

RAYMOND L. CARLSON was born in Santa Monica, California. He graduated from Coalinga High School and then attended the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master’s degree. He graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law. Mr. Carlson has published multiple articles on water law. His concentrations are water and business transactions, agricultural cooperatives, environmental, and government.
